Park Shore
Park Shore is situated between the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, Venetian Bay and US 41. In total there are more than 600 single-family homes, 25 high-rise condos, many mid-rise condos and commercial real estate property that make up the community. Plats 1, 3 and 4 consist largely of single-family homes and mid-rise condominiums while Plats 2 and 5 offer high-rise condominiums on the west side of Gulf Shore Boulevard as well as homes and mid-rise condos overlooking Venetian Bay.
Park Shore Association
Residents enjoy many benefits of living in the area. The Park Shore Association is a voluntary association and the largest in the city of Naples. Membership allows the residents to enjoy such perks as dining discounts in the area restaurants. Venetian Bay Shops offer casual and fine dining and a host of boutiques offering everything from designer women and men clothing and home furnishings and accessories. The village is unique in that it is built on pilings sunk directly in Venetian Bay so one has the old world feel of Venice Italy.

Many of the mid and Hi-rise condos of the community run along the Gulf of Mexico and the residents enjoy strolling in the warm Gulf waters and sugar sand beaches of Naples. Breathe taking sunsets are the norm with mother nature hosting brilliant fiery colors dotting the evening sky. Turtle hatching season sees lights along the beach darken so hatchling can meander into the Gulf.
